Ronald heads the firm’s Sexual Abuse & Class Action practices

Ronald Labriola is a partner in The Senators (Ret.) Firm, LLP. He is nationally recognized as a respected litigator and trial attorney. He focuses his practice on helping victims of childhood sexual abuse and sexual harassment. He represents victims of these horrible crimes in the civil court system and, when appropriate, in the criminal court system. He also advocates through the legislative process for the passage of new and better laws to protect victims and survivors. These include extending the time for victims to seek compensation from the parties responsible for the abuse as well as additional rights for victims during the criminal prosecution of the abuser.

Ronald also represents innocent consumers in individual and mass tort cases involving defective products, medical devices, and pharmaceuticals. He also represents classes of innocent consumers in class action lawsuits involving fraudulent and unfair business practices.

Ronald provides the Firm’s clients with full-service representation so that each client can focus on healing

He does this by helping clients in as many ways as possible. He ensures that clients receive appropriate psychological counseling and medical treatment. He works with law enforcement agencies to protect the client’s rights while law enforcement agencies prosecute abusers. He addresses any immigration and health care issues that a client and/or its family member may have. Simply put, Ronald believes that a client should focus on healing and he does all that he can to make that happen.

Ronald earned his Bachelors of Science degree from Princeton University and his law degree from Loyola Law School. After law school, Ronald used his scientific expertise to represent his clients in cases that involved complex scientific issues, such as fuel systems, medical devices, and pharmaceuticals.

Over the past 20 years, Ronald has successfully represented his clients in thousands of matters throughout the United States. He has been involved in hundreds of cases of childhood sexual abuse against religious orders, public school districts, and organizations such as the Boy Scouts.
